When you join the Aurel Studio waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Preferred clothing size (optional)

Your data is used solely to manage the waitlist and to inform you of our launch and related brand updates. Legal basis: your explicit consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

This website is hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable AB, Sweden), which delivers the site through a global content delivery network. When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical information required to establish the connection and to protect the service, including:

• IP address
• User agent (browser and operating system)
• Requested URL, HTTP status, and referrer
• Date and time of the request

These logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are retained only for as long as necessary for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Waitlist submissions are processed through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

• Data processed: email address and, if provided, preferred clothing size.
• Purpose: waitlist management, double opt-in confirmation, and delivery of launch and brand updates.
• Storage location: Brevo processes and stores this data on servers within the European Union.
• Retention: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, whichever is earlier.

A Double Opt-In procedure is used: after submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email and must click the confirmation link before being added to the mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by contacting us at legal@aurelstudio.eu.

Waitlist data is processed exclusively within the European Union (Brevo, France). Fonts and all styling assets are self-hosted from the website's own origin; no data is transferred to Google Fonts or any other third country by the website itself.

If our hosting provider routes traffic through servers outside the EU/EEA for delivery purposes, such transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Our website links to our Instagram profile but does not embed any Instagram content. No data is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. simply by visiting our website. Only if you choose to click the Instagram link and visit instagram.com will Meta process your personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
